A fun, friendly dance class for over 50s, bringing together technique, musicality and movement to support strength, balance and longevity.
Thursdays 10am - 11 am at Impelo, The Dance Centre, Llandrindod Wells.

Pay £5 drop in or £20 for a block of 4 sessions.
